Items purchased from Revival Boutiques are eligible for a full Refund or Exchange if returned within 21 days of Order Confirmation. A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked SALE, CLEARANCE, or CLOSEOUT in which case they are not eligible for a refund or exchange .
All JEWELRY ITEMS are FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
GIFT CARDS are not eligible for refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
We pride ourselves in providing our valued customers an easy Return/Refund Process. Once we receive your package we will thoroughly inspect all item(s). Upon approval, if item(s) meet all the criteria below, your original purchase price excluding shipping fees will be credited to the original form of payment.
Item(s) must have all original tags attached, unworn, unwashed, odorless, undamaged, be able to be sold as new. There’s never a re-stocking fee, however if item(s) are worn, damaged, washed, odor permeated and are not able to be resold as new, Revival Boutiques reserves the sole exclusive right to reject returns, exchanges and damages.

AUTHENTICITY & WARRANTY
Revival Boutiques only carries merchandise that is authentic, first-run, and purchased directly from the designer. Please be aware that even such products are not entirely free of workmanship errors, including occasional missing threads and similar defects. All products shipped are by Revival Boutiques
Products subject to distressing as part of the styling are also subject to increased chance of defect and do tend to wear out faster than normal. Revival Boutiques warranties all products to be free of such problems for the 21 Day Policy Period, and will replace or refund your purchase in the event such a problem occurs. After the 21 Day Policy Period ends, Revival Boutiques will not warrant any claims.
